With a flower-filled, enclosed garden of around 400 m2, bathed in the scent of umbrella pines, cypresses, mimosas, lavender and oleanders, it welcomes you with living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 5 beds, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC, 2 terraces, one of which 70m2 in Bavarian flagstone with a beautiful, uninterrupted view over the golf course and pinewoods; charming pergola covered with plants and flowers. In one of the most sought-after areas of Ste Maxime, free access (approx. 500 m away): large 20x10 m swimming pool, children's pool, open from 1 May to 30 September. 5 tennis courts.
