This holiday house is located on the island of Pasman, in the bay Landjin. It is equipped with two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, so it can accommodate max. 4 persons. The kitchen contains crockery and cutlery, refrigerator (220L) with frezzer compartment (50L) and cooking stove with gas. Available is also a barbecue in front of the house. This is a pet-friendly house, pets are welcome here, upon a request and against a surcharge. The house is accessible by car, on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill which leads to the bay of Landjin, to the distance of about 250m. This road can be affected by weather conditions, but are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. The fresh water reservoir holds 20.000 l. Electricity of 12 V is solar powered. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a shower with thermo-bags, which bags, filled with water, should be placed in a sunny position to warm up the water in them. The water and electricity should be spent here very sparingly. The water is remaining in the tank in hot weather, so we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Bed linen are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen is at disposal once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available, please bring your own. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your regular household recharger. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driving license for open waters). Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency in Biograd, because the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night, even impossible after the last ferry has left Biograd. After the check-in in our agency you will travel to the island.     Mooi strand met voldoende ruimte voor honden en hun baasjes! Het strand is schoon en voorzien van witte kiezels. Een groot voordeel is dat het pad heel geleidelijk naar het water leidt waardoor het niet direct diep is.

    Dit strand is ideaal voor honden. Er is veel schaduw en vanaf alle kanten van het eiland is toegang tot zee. Enige minpunten zijn dat er geen douches en toiletten zijn.
