Holiday house with one bedroom, for up to 4 people, is located only 25 m from the sea, in Vitane bay, on the island of Pašman. Pets are welcome against surcharge. Please state in your inquiry how many pets you are traveling with. This beach holiday home is accessible by car at a distance of 600m to Vitane bay. The road leading to this bay is concreted (up to the last 200m). There is a public parking lot there, free of charge. Guests and their luggage are once upon arrival and once upon departure transported by boat without extra charge between the parking lot and house. The distance between the house and the parking lot is walkable. Electricity and water should be used sparingly here. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom (only a toilet and a sink are in the bathroom). Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, it is recommended to boil it before consumption or buy drinking water in bottles. The water from the tank is suitable for cooking and washing. Solar-powered electricity is 12V, so no household appliances may be brought and used, except for battery chargers for mobile phones/laptops. The kitchen, dining room and living room are in one space, which is located on the ground floor, and in which there is a double bed, while the bedroom is located on the upper floor (attic) and is equipped with two single beds. The upper floor is accessible only by an external staircase. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with a freezer and a gas stove with 2 burners. Bed linen is prepared and fresh is available after every week of stay. Bath towels and beach towels are not included. For the garden shower, the water is heated by the heat of the sun. On the terrace there is a brick barbecue and seating furniture. On the beach there is a gazebo, equipped with sunbeds, which belongs to this house. Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with the purchase of a prepaid SIM card at a price of around 11 euros for 7 days of flat internet. Guests should insert this SIM card into one of their devices, which will then serve as a Hot spot. We recommend that guests bring their mobile phone so that they can contact us in case of need. There is a socket for a standard plug in the house, so guests can charge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard home charger. There is the possibility of renting a motor boat (on request and provided that the client has a boat driving license valid for open waters). A boat mooring is available in front of the house at no additional cost. The island of Pašman is only a 15-minute ferry ride from Biograd na Moru. This island is an excellent destination for all lovers of water sports. In addition, there are hiking, biking and trekking trails on the island, which are also near this house, along which you can find various types of Mediterranean medicinal and aromatic plants - perfect for all nature lovers. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. Minimum stay is 7 days, only from Saturday to Saturday. Renting is possible during spring and summer, until early autumn. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning to early afternoon, because the transfer and arrival at the facility at night are difficult, even impossible after the last ferry leaves. After registering at our agency, you continue your journey to the island.     Mooi strand met voldoende ruimte voor honden en hun baasjes! Het strand is schoon en voorzien van witte kiezels. Een groot voordeel is dat het pad heel geleidelijk naar het water leidt waardoor het niet direct diep is.
