Indien de aankomstdatum meer dan 37 dagen in de toekomst ligt, dient 30% van het totale bedrag te worden betaald bij ontvangst van de boekingsbevestiging. Het resterende bedrag dient uiterlijk 35 dagen voor de aankomstdatum te worden voldaan.

The nature house with four bedrooms, for up to 8 persons, is placed on the Island of Pasman, in the bay St Ante. The kitchen has a gas refrigerator and a gas stove with oven. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed. Bed linen is prepared for you, bathroom towels and beach towels are not available. Fresh bed linen arrives once a week. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Outdoor shower is provided with a boiler that heats by the warmth of the sun. Guests may have Wi-Fi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot. The water reservoir is of 20.000l. The water is staying in the tank in hot weather, so we recommend either boiling it before drinking, or having bottled water for drinking. Electricity is gained by solar power, 12 V, so no household appliances may be used except of battery rechargers. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your regular household recharger. Electricity and water should be spent here sparingly. This is a pet-friendly house; pets are welcome against a surcharge. Please state in your inquiry with how many pets are you travelling. The house is accessible by car, on a distance of about 150 m, to the bay of St Ante, on a makeshift road over the hill. This somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road crosses the island hills and can change significantly due to weather conditions. These roads are passable for a regular car, with slow and careful driving. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. The island of Pasman is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. There is a possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driving license for open waters). Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency in Biograd, because the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night, even impossible after the last ferry to the island has sailed out.
