The holiday house is placed on a small island named Zizanj, next to the Island of Pasman. The Island of Zizanj has no ferry connection to the mainland / other islands, and it is not accessible by car. You leave your car (one per group) safely, and without further costs, parked in Biograd. Private transfer from this parking place to the holiday house once upon arrival and back to the car once at the end of your stay is also free of charge. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and a sofa for one in the kitchen. The maximal capacity of this holiday house is 2 adults. The kitchen has a gas refrigerator and a gas stove. Dishes and bed linen are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen is at disposal once a week. Bathroom and beach towels are not available. It is possible to organize grocery delivery service once every 3-4 days, against a surcharge of 10 EUR per delivery. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the holiday house, with your recharger that you also use in your car. Electricity is generated by solar power 12 V. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. The toillet uses sea water for flushing. Outdoor shower is provided with a boiler that heats by the warmth of the sun. The water should be spent here sparingly. This water is staying in the tank in hot weather, so we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. This is a pet-friendly house, pets are welcome here, upon a request and against a surcharge. Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night.     Mooi strand met voldoende ruimte voor honden en hun baasjes! Het strand is schoon en voorzien van witte kiezels. Een groot voordeel is dat het pad heel geleidelijk naar het water leidt waardoor het niet direct diep is.

    Dit strand is ideaal voor honden. Er is veel schaduw en vanaf alle kanten van het eiland is toegang tot zee. Enige minpunten zijn dat er geen douches en toiletten zijn.
