On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a TV room with sofa bed, a large kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a further bathroom with corner bath, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer.From here you have very good transport connections to Hahn Airport (25 km) and Idar-Oberstein (9 km). Distance to the next supermarket, bakery, restaurant approx. 400 metres. The nearest pharmacy, doctor and bar are 2.3 kilometres away. Distances to the towns on the Moselle such as Bernkastel-Kues approx. 35 kilometres and Trier approx. 50 kilometres.
