Nevertheless, the flat is located in a completely quiet cul-de-sac on Rosengarten Street.Via the very well-kept staircase, you enter the hallway of your flat through your front door, where there is a large cloakroom with shoe rack, a mirror and a chair, as well as an intercom system to the main entrance door of the house.From there you enter directly into the living room with a double sofa bed (190 x 140 cm), a TV chair with footstool and many other pieces of furniture to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.
