This modern bungalow is located in Brochterbeck, a climatic health village in the north of the famous Münsterland at the foot of Teutoburger Wald hills. The village has won several prices in local beautiful country villages contests and is home to approximately 2000 people. Some restaurants, bakeries, shops and a well assorted supermarket offers good local support. The area is great for cycling, hiking, running, walking, climbing and a lot of other outdoor activities. The large Teutoburger Forest surrounds the flat Münsterland and is a great contrast to the park like Münsterland with more than 100 castles. The house is ready and very comfortable for 6 persons. Additional WC. Child's bed and high chair available. Please see the photos for more details. A lawn and a terrasse are also already completed by Mai 2011, additional plants are put out but still small in the first season.
