Bathroom and kitchen new....The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of the flat house "Drachen" in the marina Wendtorf at the exit of the Kiel Fjord - directly at the Wendtorf beach - only a few metres away from the child-friendly sandy beach and the Baltic Sea coastal cycle path. the marina is in the immediate vicinity. Kiel is approx. 20 km away. If required, another holiday flat is available right next door. Please enquire.Please note that since 2020 the municipality of Wendtorf has levied a tourist tax of 4% on the accommodation costs. This fee must be paid in cash on arrival.The holiday flat is 42 m² in size - for up to 4 people + infant (2 beds, double wardrobe bed and travel cot), has a living/sleeping room with a cosy sitting area (sofa), a double bed (wardrobe bed), radio with CD/MC and TV and a separate bedroom with 2 beds. The fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine etc. is open to the living room. Adjacent to this is a dining area with 4 chairs (6 chairs if required). The holiday flat has an open, south-facing balcony with table, 4 chairs and parasol. A travel cot and high chair are of course available free of charge if required. Bringing pets is only possible with prior authorisation and then for a fee.bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. Please bring your own beach towels.The Baltic Sea is only 200 metres away and there is no road to cross. Here you can bathe, swim, lie in the sun, cycle, skate, watch the busy shipping traffic of all the ships travelling through the Kiel Canal, the cruise ships, the ferry lines to Norway and Sweden as well as the sailors and surfers directly from the beach or from the summer dyke, on one of the benches. Geweldig strand en niet alleen voor honden. Vanaf de parkeerplaats bij de toegang van Stein loopt u ongeveer 600 meter en daalt u af via een steile trap. Het strand is deels in de schaduw vanwege de kliffen. Water heel ver weg, maar nog steeds erg ondiep.
