It has a living room with TV, rocking chair, games and radio, two bedrooms - one with a double bed, large wardrobe, two armchairs, a table and a cot if required; the other with two single beds, a couch, bedside cabinet and wardrobe, including various toys for all ages. The kitchen is fully equipped with sink, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and toaster, ready for your culinary explorations.Outside the flat, the spacious, west-facing balcony invites you to watch the horses of the nearby Wagner thoroughbred Arabian stud farm in their paddock or enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. Don't miss the community mill pond and the newly created cycling and hiking trail, which opens up the natural beauty of the surrounding area.There is a wide range of cultural and sporting activities on offer in the surrounding area.
