This large, fully renovated 2-bedroom flat, located on the seafront in the highly sought-after Corniche district, is the ideal holiday home. It has no stairs, which is a great advantage as access is direct from this raised floor and less than 2 minutes from all the local shops. There is private access to the sea from the residence, and a cove for swimming or relaxing below. The south-facing loggia with its breathtaking views is extended by a 22m2 terrace. It's the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. The flat is in the process of being classified (4 stars), everything has been thought of, of course the flat is air-conditioned, and has an unlimited wifi internet connection. Settle into the sofa (which can be converted into 2 beds) to contemplate the sea or take advantage of the facilities on offer, such as a Wi-Fi connection with numerous TV channels. You can prepare delicious recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, which is even over-equipped with a large dishwasher and ceramic hob, and then enjoy them around the dining table, which seats 4 or 6 guests and is located in the loggia, with the beautiful panorama as your backdrop. The flat has 2 bedrooms of 11m2, each with an independent flat-screen TV and large wardrobes, one with a 160cm double bed and the other with 2 80cm beds that can be converted into a 160cm bed, all with electric shutters. The bathroom has a large shower and washing machine. The toilet is separate. All cleaning equipment is available, including a hoover, ironing equipment and cleaning products. Please note that tourist tax is not included in the price. You can either bring your own linen or rent it. You can also bring your own bed linen or hire it. Each bed is equipped with 2 pillows, a bolster and a duvet. A deposit is required on arrival. The flat has a garage not far from the apartment. You can use it to park your car. Parking spaces are available opposite the residence. Smoking is not permitted inside (or in the loggia). Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. Description of the surrounding area This flat enjoys a privileged location, which will enable you to make the most of your stay in the region thanks to its excellent location. You can do it all on foot, 20 minutes from the centre of Sète, with this lovely walk along the Corniche, or 10 minutes by bike along the cycle path. A bus line leaves from the station and stops 150m upstream from the flat, all you have to do is get off and head for the sea. The same bus also serves the port and the town centre.

All the shops are just 2 minutes away: The "Corniche" district borders the town's beaches, and is a bustling place in summer, offering several kilometres of sand between the sea and the Etang de Thau, with each beach offering its own atmosphere, as well as a shopping street for all your everyday needs. For gamblers, there's a casino just 150m from the flat. The area is welcoming and very well connected to the city for more urban activities. The town of Sète offers a wide range of activities apart from the beaches: Théâtre de la mer, Musée Paul Valéry, Musée international des arts modestes, annual jousts, canoeing along the canals, hiking to the top of Mont Saint-Clair (panoramic view), scuba diving, swimming, windsurfing, tennis, mountain biking, cycling, horse riding, fishing, rollerblading, water skiing, golf, sailing and water sports... Sète beach is 150 m from the flat. For lovers of sea food, Sète is a fishing port, so the fish is very fresh. Oysters from the Etang de Thau also enjoy an excellent reputation. Not forgetting the many neighbouring villages, which are well worth a visit!
