There's a cosy seating area around a beautiful suspended fireplace. Doors from here lead into the garden, which has a furnished terrace for al fresco meals, and a sail shade for sunny days. There's a step up to the well-equipped kitchen and dining area, where there's a table big enough to seat everyone together. There is also a toilet on this floor. Another outside area features a cosy seating area, a bubbelbad , and a swim spa - a large bubbelbad with a counter-current for swimming.
