On the first floor, another bedroom has a double bed (140cm), a single bed (90cm), a wardrobe and a small storage unit.Outside, the house has an adjoining storeroom, ideal for storing wood for the fireplace or two bicycles, and includes shelving, an extra fridge and a freezer. The front of the house opens onto a terrace furnished with a table, four chairs, a small table, two armchairs, two deckchairs and a parasol. To the side, a second terrace offers a quiet space with a table, four chairs and two sun loungers.The 3000 m2 grounds, dotted with tall pine trees, are fully fenced and gated.
