To the east, Mont Saint Michel is 1 hour 30 minutes away.This part of the coast enjoys a sunny climate, making it one of the driest regions in France, and the gîte, located on the coastal strip, benefits from plenty of sunshine. The environment changes with the seasons, with walnut, apple, maple, lime and Chinese palm trees announcing the colours, all in a semi-wild setting. Further down is a hectare of woodland in a former quarry.
