This detached holiday home with a beautifully landscaped, fully fenced garden is located in a holiday home estate in the immediate vicinity of the well-known Gunaras thermal and medicinal spa. It is close to the small town of Dombóvár with its numerous amenities, as well as very convenient for day trips to Lake Balaton, to interesting cultural cities or to the capital Budapest.The holiday home on a 350 m² garden plot was completely renovated and refurbished in 2020 and has a living space of 40 m² divided into a bedroom, a cosy living and dining room with a comfortable sofa area, a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. You are therefore welcome to enjoy a holiday together with up to four people.In the small bedroom you sleep in a comfortable box-spring bed (200 cm x 160 cm) with a full-length mattress. In the living room, you can relax on the comfortable sofa after a day out, while the TV with satellite TV including German TV programmes provides entertainment in the evening. The sofa corner can be converted into a 140 cm wide sleeping area in no time at all. A dining table invites you to prepare your own meals. The kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals using two hotplates, a mini oven, a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Free bed linen and towels are available in the house.You can relax on the garden furniture on the balcony and veranda behind the house. A barbecue is also available for your private use. Your dogs are also very welcome and can roam freely on the fully fenced property and in the house.The holiday home is ideal for guests of all ages - for all those who value a relaxing holiday or a cure or who like to get out in the fresh air - jogging, Nordic walking, hiking, fishing or cycling on the house's own hire bikes.The well-known Gunaras thermal and medicinal spa with its wide range of wellness and spa services is just 400 metres away. The nearest small town, Dombóvár, with many shopping facilities, good restaurants, bars and cafés, is only about 3 kilometres away. During your stay, you can explore the varied leisure and rich cultural offerings in the surrounding area on interesting excursions. The European Capital of Culture Pécs and the flower town Kaposvár are only about 45 kilometres away, Lake Balaton about 70 kilometres and the capital Budapest about 120 kilometres, which is always worth a day trip.
