It is about 300 metres from the beach and the centre, so you can get to all necessary amenities within about five minutes.The apartment provides around 80m² of living space and is suitable for up to six people. It is ideal for a family or acquainted couples. The apartment is pleasantly light and comfortably furnished. The living room is spacious and has a dining table, chairs, a sofa bed for a child and a fireplace, which can be used and firewood can be purchased in shops. The TV has Italian channels (DVBT antenna). Next to it there is the kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven and fridge-freezer, as well as crockery and cooking utensils. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 190cm), the second with two single beds (80 x 190cm), which can also be joined together as a double bed. Both also have a wardrobe and a dresser. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, washbasin and WC. There is neither heating nor air conditioning. Owing to the fly screens, windows can be left open. There is no Internet connection.In front of the apartment there is a veranda with a dining table and chairs. There is a sunny terrace behind the apartment where you can set up chairs. It also has a washbasin, a convenient outdoor shower and a little storage room.The owners live nearby and are happy to assist with any queries or to help planning trips. Transfers can be arranged. There are also flexible arrival and departure times.You can find restaurants, bars, ice cream stalls, supermarkets, newspaper shops, pharmacies, medical services and all kinds of shops near the accommodation, which is about 200 metres from the sea. You can use the well-equipped beach service and e.g. hire parasols and loungers. It is 200 metres to the yacht harbour with a range of recreational activities such as diving or boat trips. The many grottoes are breathtaking and a popular trip destination, but can only be accessed by boat. It is 50 metres to a bar with free wireless Internet access. The colourful and magnificent 19th-century buildings along the beach promenade are spectacular. There are plenty of shops, including grocery shops. It is 1000 metres to the basilica dedicated to Madonna di Leuca, an international religious tourist destination. The nearby towns are Otranto (50km), Gallipoli (48km) and Lecce (70km).
