Nearby, you can visit characteristic villages such as Cartoceto, famous for its olive groves and typical products, and the Renaissance city of Urbino, which is only 35 km away. Casale Partemio is completely fenced and has large green spaces and corners dedicated to relaxation, perfect for immersing yourself in the quiet of the countryside.The main entrance leads directly to the bright and welcoming living room, equipped with a fireplace and connected to the panoramic terrace with a brick gazebo, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. On the ground floor there is also a study, a fully equipped kitchen with island, a bathroom with shower and a service bathroom with washing machine. A brick gazebo and a porch, furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners, offer conviviality areas surrounded by nature. The outdoor area also includes a brick barbecue and a mobile one, a play area with a swing for children and a parking lot, making the villa suitable for families and groups of friends.The private saltwater swimming pool is covered with beige PVC and is accessible from different points of the garden. The shape is mainly rectangular and measures 5.35 x 10.60 m, with a depth of 1.20 to 1.40 m. At guests' disposal, inside the pool, two hydromassage jets.The entrance is possible via Roman steps with 5 steps. Lighting is present both inside and outside the pool. The pool will be available to guests from May until the end of September.
