The holiday house is located in Villaggio San Lorenzo-Reitani, known in Sicily for the Oasi-Stella marina. The sea and the beach (sand or stone) are about 400 metres away. It is quietly located and accessed via a private road that has little traffic. The owner lives about 10km away.The apartment has a living area of 75m². It has a 20m² bedroom, the blue room, with a cupboard, a dresser, a mirror, two bedside tables and a fan, for two people either with a double bed or two single beds. The yellow bedroom is furnished identically. A cot and a supplementary bed can be added to each of the bedrooms on request. The 25m² living room has a sofa bed, a table, a digital TV, two cupboards, a fan and a radio. The kitchen has three gas rings, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a table, an iron, a toaster, three wall cupboards, a cupboard with drawers, hot and cold water and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a washing machine, bidet, WC and shower, a hot air heater and a hairdryer.The house is also accessible for wheelchair users. The house and the apartment are at ground level on a fenced site of around 1500m.The sea is 400 metres away and the beach is also accessible to prams. The sandy beach has services and a monitored carpark. The house is located on the San Lorenzo-Reitani estate, where you will also find a restaurant, supermarket, bar, disco and much more. About 18km away there are the motorway and the train station. It is 5km to Pachino via the motorway, 18km to Rosolini and 20km to Noto. The Marzamemi harbour is 3km away and Porto di Pozzallo 25km away. Catania airport is 100km away. Interesting trip destinations include the fauna at Vendicari, the ancient Roman villa the Tellaro River, Magna Greca, Marzamemi with its harbour, bars and restaurants, and Pachino, famous for its wine and tomatoes. These are all three to five kilometres away. It is 20km to Noto, a UNESCO town famous for its baroque, while it is 50km to Siracusa della Magna Greca and the harbour, as are Ragusa and Ibla. It is about 30km to Modica, famous for its chocolate and bakery. Pozzallo with its large harbour and the hydrofoil to Malta is 25km away. Portopaio is a tourist resort by the sea. The lighthouse at Capo Passero and the Isola delle Correnti are six kilometres away, the Renna observatorium 15km, Avola by the sea and famous for its almonds 25km, Rosolini 18km, Catania with its airport, harbour, university and baroque buildings built of Etna lava is 100km away.Outside there is a 9m² storage room with a vacuum cleaner. Outdoors there are also a 50m² veranda with a table and chairs and a 20m² roofed veranda, also with a table and chairs, as well as a sink, a shower, a barbecue and a place for gutting fish.
