Maximaal 1 huisdier/hond toegestaan. “Giacaranda” is a unique holiday house with direct access to the sea, located on the sand tongue of “Giannella" into the beautiful natural trail zone of Argentario Coast, in the exclusive area of Maremma in southern Tuscany. “Giacaranda” is also a perfect place for daily trips around Tuscany. Going along the sea, about 10km far, you find the towns of Orbetello and Talamone, from which you can discover the Maremma Natural Parks, so as the characteristic and distinctive Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole, both located on the Argentario promontory,(mini-cruises to Islands Giglio, Giannutri and Elba available). The exclusive Ansedonia, known for its long shores, and the fascinating Capalbio, known for its cultural events, can also be reached in a few minutes. Other places nearby worth a visit are the Etruscan Necropolis of Tarquinia or inland zones like Manciano, Pitigliano, Orvieto and obviously the Saturnia Thermal Baths. The peacefulness of this place, the sound of the sea, the birds singing, the colours of Argentario’s sunsets, but also the chance of daily trips and activities and sports like surf, kite surf, scuba diving, horse riding, tennis, golf and many more will make your stay relaxing, but rich of unique and exclusive emotions. “Giacaranda” is an independent Villa suitable for 13 people and surrounded by a wonderful garden with parking places, private fenced shore and direct access to the sea. The house is divided into 2 floors. Ground floor (7 beds) : It is composed by 1 entrance, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a bathroom with tub and shower Top floor (6 beds) : It hosts a double room, 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and shower arm, 1 with shower), a large equipped kitchen and a large living room with fireplace, large dining table and a table with a sofa and armchairs to relax and read. The wide hall leads to a beautiful terrace where you can eat enjoying a beautiful view on the sea and from where you can admire the magnificent sunsets.
