The GREEN Apartment is located inside the farmhouse "Poggio alla Cavalla" in Lamporecchio (PT) in the heart of Tuscany, near Florence, between Montecatini Terme and Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo. The area lies on the slopes of the Chianti Montalbano hills. Thanks to the privileged geographical position of the holiday home, it is possible to make day trips to the Tuscan cities of art: Florence, Pistoia, Pisa, Siena, S. Gimignano, Volterra , Arezzo, Cortona, Lucca and the sea of Versilia.The GREEN flat is surrounded by a garden, in which there is a swimming pool, with a large panoramic terrace and private parking.The flat is about 35 square meters, has 1 double bedroom and in the living area a comfortable sofa bed 2 squares, can accommodate 4 people.The flat is located on the ground floor with private entrance and private outdoor area equipped with barbecue; with independent heating, air conditioning, TV, FreeWiFi Internet.Its interior consists of:The kitchen with 4 burner gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, sink and fridge-freezer; the living area with dining table and comfortable double sofa bed (equipped with linen and blankets).Double bedroom , (equipped with linen and blankets).Functional bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. (The flat is also equipped with a clothesline, iron and ironing board and a washing machine for shared use.The Poggio alla Cavalla farmhouse is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse which has been completely restored, trying to preserve and maintain the typical Tuscan characteristics without giving up the comforts.The farmhouse consists of the Master Holiday House and 4 holiday flats, it is surrounded by a garden, inside which there is a swimming pool, with a large panoramic terrace and private parking. The Master Holiday House can accommodate 5+2 persons.- The flats : Arancio, Azzurro, Giallo can accommodate 4+1 persons and the Green flat 4 persons.- All the lodgings have a private outdoor area for lunches and dinners in the open air, equipped with table, chairs and sun umbrella, barbecue, and their own parking space in the private courtyard of the farmhouse.The swimming pool, for guests of the agriturismo only, has been built in an open area well exposed to the sun, so that the water temperature is always pleasant; it has a large solarium, equipped with a gazebo, shower, sun loungers, sunshades and tables, set out on a splendid terrace from which you can enjoy a wide panorama of the surrounding countryside.In the vicinity of the farmhouse ( km 1/km 2 ) there are: supermarkets and grocery stores, banks, post office, pharmacy, doctor's offices, public assistance, restaurants, pizzerias, etc. The owner Massimo Camelli, welcomes his guests to the farmhouse, he takes care of their stay so that they can experience a holiday full of pleasant sensations, thanks to the beauty of the landscape and the sincere hospitality.The Poggio alla Cavalla organic farm is run by the owner, who directly oversees the various phases of cultivation and production of Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil, according to the Organic Farming method.Organic farming, which the company practises, allows the production of quality wine and oil that, in addition to being healthy and genuine, recall authentic flavours and are a guarantee of care for the environment and the wellbeing of consumers.
