Surrounded by a picturesque landscape of hills and vineyards, the villa is immersed in the greenery and tranquillity of the countryside.At the same time, it is conveniently located close to the town. Leccio, with all the shops for daily needs, is only 3 km away, while the charming villages of Figline Valdarno and Reggello are 10 km away.The 320 m² villa is a typical Tuscan country house and has been tastefully restored, preserving the typical features of this beautiful region, such as the wood-beamed ceilings, the decorative ornaments and the huge fireplace in the main room.Outside, the garden houses a large saltwater swimming pool (14 x 6 m, depth 140 cm), which can be heated on request (extra charge), equipped with hydro-massage jets on the pool steps, a furnished solarium and gazebo, a dining area with table and barbecue, and a changing room with WC, shower and sauna.On the ground floor there is a large common room with stone walls, a large dining table, fireplace and sofas, a spacious fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster) with grill and pizza oven and a bathroom.
