The villa is surrounded by 2000 square metres of well-kept garden, planted with shrubs and flowering plants. A few steps away, the enclosed pool area is on a lower level, surrounded by a tiled solarium and equipped with sun loungers and parasols.A separate laundry room is located in the garden, close to the house. The enclosed pool area is located approximately 20 metres from the house, on a lower level, and is reached via a flight of 12 stone steps. The rectangular-shaped pool measures 10 x 5 m with a depth varying from 1.20 to 1.60 m; it is lined with PVC, equipped with a chlorine purification system, an internal staircase for access and a cold-water shower.
