The first floor offers an apartment of around 50m² with a bedroom (double bed 160cm wide), a bathroom with a shower (underfloor heating), a fully-equipped kitchen (electric oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, dishwasher), a living room (leather suite with pull-out sofa, LCD TV, stereo system, DVD player, satellite TV and air conditioning). There is a further 60m2 apartment with a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, LCD TV, stereo system, satellite receiver, DVD player), a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a fully-equipped kitchen. This apartment also has its own air conditioning.Postira is only 10km from the Supetar ferry port on the island Brac. The ferry to Supetar crosses at least 7 times a day in winter and more than 15 times in summer. The island has a good infrastructure. The locality itself has several supermarkets, shops, a post office, medical service, several restaurants and cafes. By the Mala Lozna pebbled beach just 120 metres away there is a café with meals. There is a sandy beach about 3km away and there is also a rocky beach nearby.You can go mountain biking or cycling in the area, diving, hiking, play tennis, windsurfing, boccia, jet-skiing, visit historical sights, enjoy water sports or go on a boat trip.
