The charming holiday home Prezenca is located above Makarska, in the quiet village of Puharici, and offers a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding islands. It has been renovated with great attention to detail and furnished to a high standard - ideal for families or couples looking for peace and relaxation.On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, fireplace, TV/SAT and free internet access. A sofa bed offers space for a child. The two bedrooms with double beds are located on the first floor and each have their own bathroom with shower. This floor is connected to the ground floor via an external staircase.In front of the house there are two furnished terraces - one of which has sun loungers - and an outdoor shower. The heated swimming pool (4.5 x 3 m) invites you to take a dip, while the covered pergola with garden furniture and the barbecue area invite you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. The fully fenced property is also ideal for families with children or guests with dogs.The house is also equipped with air conditioning, a safe, washing machine and a modern satellite TV. A parking space is available approx. 50 metres from the house; direct access to the house is not possible. The landlord will be happy to help you with your luggage.The Makarska Riviera is located where the majestic massif of Mount Biokovo gently dips into the blue Adriatic Sea. Makarska Riviera stretches for around 60 kilometres along the coast from Brela in the west to Gradac in the east. It has been attracting tourists with its unique beauty for decades and is one of the most attractive rivieras on the Adriatic. Sports enthusiasts and adventurers will find what they are looking for here: Diving in the Makarska Riviera, climbing on the surrounding mountains, paragliding, hiking and cycling on Mount Biokovo, everything is possible here.

Een geweldig hondenstrand. Schoon strand, groot genoeg en met een mooi uitzicht. Het kost wat tijd om er te komen, maar het is de moeite waard. Er zijn borden die aangeven waar het gewone strand overgaat in het hondenstrand.
