Offering two spacious apartments that can accommodate up to eighteen people when rented together, our house caters to both smaller gatherings and larger groups, ensuring everyone has ample space to relax and enjoy.The ground-floor apartment, sprawling over 150m², is perfectly equipped to host eight guests in utmost comfort. It features a cozy living room, a dining area with a large table to bring everyone together for meals, and a fully-equipped kitchen boasting a stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and fridge for all your culinary needs. Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200cm), each with its own private bathroom fitted with a shower or bath and a toilet. For additional guests, two single beds (90 x 190cm) are also provided. The convenience of heating across the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, and hallway ensures a comfortable stay regardless of the season.Step outside to discover our inviting outdoor area, complete with a shared grill space for the ultimate barbecue evenings. A brick-built barbecue, stone table, bench, and chairs set the stage for enjoyable social gatherings under the stars. The garden is fully enclosed, creating a safe and private environment for guests of all ages to relax in.
