Our fine and exclusive holiday park is located on a small peninsula in Onderdijk, directly on a large lake, the Groote Vliet. The Vislust holiday park is therefore completely surrounded by water and can be reached on foot or by car via a small bridge. Whether for fishing, boating, swimming, kite surfing, sunbathing or long walks along the sea. The surroundings are simply made for it. There is a very friendly and respectful atmosphere between the only 70 houses on the island. You can expect pure relaxation and tranquillity in a beautiful natural setting, right on the Ijsselmeer.Our holiday home Ela, newly built in 2016, freshly renovated in 2023 and modernly equipped, really offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday! It is composed as follows: The living room: Beautiful large and bright living room with integrated kitchen and dining room. Cosy L-shaped sofa with direct view of the flat screen TV. Satellite dish with all German programmes. From the sofa you have a direct view of the spacious terrace, the canal and a large meadow. The sleeping facilities: Bedroom: 1 large double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and large wardrobe Children's room: 1 single bed (0.9m x 2.00m), 1 bunk bed (0.9m x 2.00m) and small wardrobe The kitchen: A fully equipped and open country house kitchen with fridge / ***freezer, 4-plate induction cooker, dishwasher, filter - coffee machine, hand blender, hand blender, toaster, kettle, hot air oven and with everything you need for your culinary catering on holiday. The bathroom: The spacious and bright bathroom impresses with a great spacious wellness shower, 1 washbasin and 1 toilet. The house Ela has central heating and can therefore also be used very well in the cold season.Garden / terrace: A sunny and beautifully landscaped terrace right by the water with a garden table, 4 chairs and 2 wellness loungers. The property is beautifully landscaped and completely fenced. The lake, the Groote Vliet with a bathing jetty, is only about 50 metres away on foot.Extra access for guests: - communal laundry room with washing machines & tumble dryers (washing tokens can be purchased from the site management.) Office hours: daily between 10 am and 6 pm! - small playground on the holiday island - communal bathing platform with a small sunbathing lawnThe neighbourhood: All holiday homes are located on the Vislust holiday island in Onderdijk. With its excellent transport links, the neighbourhood offers a mix of nature, beach, sea, leisure activities, night-time tranquillity and short distances to museums and sights. There is also plenty for your children to experience in the neighbourhood. The Ijsselmeer is only knee-deep near the beach, perfect for the little ones to splash around in. A large adventure playground is a 5-minute walk away and an indoor swimming pool is a 5-minute drive away. So nothing stands in the way of a perfect holiday for the whole family. You can enjoy the marvellous view over the Ijsselmeer from the dyke in just 5 minutes on foot. Your pet is very welcome here. The dog beach is also just a few minutes' walk away. The Ijsselmeer with various bathing beaches, a beach club, as well as shopping and leisure facilities (boats and bicycle hire) are also within walking distance. Whether for kite surfing, swimming, fishing, sailing, cycling, hiking or just to lie in the sun - golf & mini golf, everything is possible here. Would you prefer shopping, freshly baked fish, island hopping, a typical Dutch weekly market or a visit to a museum? The historic harbour towns of Hoorn (18 km), Enkhuizen (14 km) or Medemblik (3 km) are certainly worth a visit. Amsterdam is only about 60 km away and can be reached perfectly via Hoorn by Park & Ride public transport. The island of Texel can be reached by car and ferry in just over an hour, as can the beautiful North Sea beaches on the other side of the coast. We look forward to welcoming you soon. Schitterend wandelgebied, ideaal voor je honden. Dit prachtige gebied biedt eindelijk een stuk (tussen de strandtent en Andijk) waar honden vrij mogen rondlopen. Er zijn mooie, schone paden voor hardlopen en fietsen, direct aan het water. Bovendien is er een klein stukje strand voor honden waar je ze in het water kunt laten spelen. Een charmant klein strandje. Beschut tegen de wind kunt u hier heerlijk relaxen en tot rust komen. De toegankelijkheid is prima, zowel per fiets als met de auto. In de omgeving van het vakantiepark aan het Veluwemeer vind je water en een strand waar iedereen met hun (aangelijnde) viervoeter welkom is. Het zandstrand is smal en heeft langdurig ondiep water. Voor ons en onze hond (die hier ook welkom was) was het ideaal. Je kunt ook heerlijk in de schaduw zitten. Er zijn voldoende parkeermogelijkheden en het strandje ligt op loopafstand van het vakantiepark.

Dit hondenbos is onderdeel van Boswachterij Gaasterland. Het losloopgebied bestaat uit een bos met leuke wandelpaadjes en een hondenweide. Ook is er een betonnen tunnel waar de honden doorheen kunnen en een vijver. Voorwaarde in dit loosloopgebied is wel dat uw hond onder appèl staat.
