Parking in the condominium garage, private storage for sports equipment. Spacious and bright rooms, great comfort, even for our four-legged friends.We are only 5 minutes walk from the Römerbad Therme and the Kaiserburg cable car (which leads to the world famous Franz Klammer Becher trail) .To cross the cross-country ski trail, cross the road. The golf courses are about 1 km away. Entire flat available, with separate entrance on the ground floor, also suitable for people with walking difficulties. The condominium garage is instead in the basement. In winter you benefit from special ski passes such as.
