This house is situated in a quiet and rural area, only five kilometres from the sea, with wonderful panoramic sea and mountain views. The house is situated a few kilometres north-east of Almuñécar.Right next to the house is the terrace (270 m²) with the swimming pool of eight by four metres. The entire property has a surface of approximately 2000 m² and is flat. The property even has a mini golf course (10m²) and parking for up to ten vehicles. There are four sun loungers, two parasols, an outdoor shower and a barbecue by the pool. The spacious kitchen offers basic equipment including induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and microwave.The beach, with its numerous restaurants and beach bars, is just under five kilometres away.
