In this beautiful urbanization house you will enjoy the calm offered by contemplating an amazing mountain landscape while having a delicious breakfast on the terrace, a few rays of sun on the 2 sun loungers, a swim in the wonderful private chlorine pool, measuring 7 x 3 m and with a depth of 1.1 to 1.7 m, and a delicious barbecue. The spacious home is very well maintained. You are welcomed by a large kitchen-living-dining room, where you can prepare delicious dishes on the ceramic hob, eat all together and relax watching television, next to the air conditioning. The wood stove cannot be used. There are three bedrooms with wardrobe and A/C, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, another with two single beds, and the third with a single bed. There is a cot and a high chair available. A bathroom with a bathtub serves the entire house. On the terrace they have a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Alcalalà is a quiet town belonging to Alicante, nestled in the Pop Valley where the beautiful Gorgos river runs through. This makes it the perfect destination for lovers of nature and relaxation. The nearest beach, La Galera, and the nearest golf course, Club de Golf Ifach, are about 20 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets are welcome. Het huis is erg gezellig en mooi, je voelt je er zeer op je gemak. Het zwembad heeft een uitstekende ligging en zwemmen terwijl je naar de berg kijkt is gewoonweg indrukwekkend. Het is perfect om los te koppelen, maar als je naar Javea, Denia of Benidorm wilt reizen , het is zeer goed gelegen,
