Here you are welcomed into the cosy, central living room with its romantic fireplace and cosy atmosphere.From the living room you reach the stylish dining room with neighbouring American kitchen, two bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The master bedroom has its own bathroom - ensuite. The living room is extended to the sea side by a beautiful loggia. It offers a fascinating view of the sea and the entire coastal area as far as Gandia. The loggia also has an outside door with stairs to the pool terrace.An internal staircase leads to the lower floor, where there is a further bedroom, a combined living/bedroom, a bathroom and a veranda with large sliding glass doors to the pool terrace.All rooms can be pleasantly air-conditioned at any time of the year as required - with modern, economical inverter air conditioning systems - hot or cold.
