The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the southern climate. In the common areas you will find a large garden where a shared pool measuring 32 x 18 m and a depth range of between 1.10 and 2 m is located, as well as another pool for the little ones that measures 7.5 m in diameter and has a constant depth of 0.4 m. There is also a play area for children and, for the more athletic, several courts where you can play tennis or soccer. Once in the house, you can enjoy a patio with a furnished porch and barbecue, perfect for enjoying eating or having a drink with your companions. Being located in an urbanization, the house has direct neighbors. The two-story home is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with AC and Smart TV. The kitchen, open to the living room, has a ceramic hob and the necessary equipment for comfortable cooking. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor there is a bathroom with a shower. Through a staircase you access the first floor, where the three bedrooms are located, all of them with AC and fan. Two of them have two single beds, while another has a double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. The property is located in La Barrosa, an area very close to Chiclana de la Frontera, one of the most charming municipalities in the province. In your area you will find all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay. Just 5 km away is the well-known La Barrosa beach, an 8km long sandy area that becomes a unique space where you can enjoy the sea, breathe fresh air and take advantage of the great tourist offer created under its influence. If you feel like it, you can go to Chiclana and take a route through its seven "magic points", viewpoints from where you can admire wonderful views of the city. The most adventurous will also find nearby routes to follow on foot or by bicycle and where they can enjoy the nature of the area. The swimming pool is open from June 1 to September 30.
