Bed linen and towels are included in the price.The flat is located in the urbanization Marina Real, one of the highest quality of those that exist in La Duquesa and one of the few with direct access to the beach and just 100 meters from it. It is also an urbanisation with 24 hour security and underground parking space included in the price. It is a quiet and respectful urbanisation. It is a luxury to enjoy a few days of holidays in this idyllic place called "the secret corner of Andalusia" by all its visitors, especially English citizens, as Gibraltar airport is only 20 minutes away. In the marina of La Duquesa, there is the possibility of carrying out numerous nautical activities among which are: ?Boat trips. ?Sport fishing. ?In La Duquesa Marina there is a wide range of restaurants of almost every type: Mediterranean cuisine, the best quality fish and seafood, Asian and Mexican restaurants, Indian cuisine and the best Italian food.
