Welcome to Finca LanzarosyGUATIZA,a village situated in the centre of the northern half of Lanzarote. In the village there is the cactus garden designed by Cesar Manrique with a working windmill and a café. In the village there is a supermarket, a community centre, a pizzeria, a post office and a cash machine. Close to the village is probably the most impressive barranco (ravine) with all the flora of the island. Other hikes and bike tours start from the house. In the neighbouring village of MALA (2 km) there are bathing bays, the launch site for hang-gliders and two very good restaurants.The outdoor seating area in front of the house invites you to relax and unwind.The approx. 45m² house offers space for up to three people. In the living area, a sofa and a dining area invite you to linger and socialise. The sofa can also be used as sleeping accommodation for one person. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen. In addition to a two-ring hob, there is also a coffee machine, toaster and fridge. The separate bedroom has a king-size bed, a wardrobe for your clothes and a TV. The shower room with WC and washing machine completes the offer.ARRIETA (6km) is an original fishing village with restaurants right by the sea and a bay with a sandy beach. The secluded "snow beaches" off ORZOLA (16km) are ideal for snorkelling and swimming.
