The fully equipped kitchen is located close to the living room and offers access to the covered terrace with dining table. There are a total of three bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 single bed) and two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.The highlight of this villa is undoubtedly its huge natural garden. Perfectly integrated into the property is the large swimming pool of 10 m x 5 m (depth 0,80 x 1,90 m), surrounded by a lawn of 500 m², ideal for families with children. Next to the pool is the covered terrace with sofas and the third bathroom with shower. There is also an Argentinian barbecue and a dining table for fantastic barbecue evenings.If you don't want to use the car, you can reach the centre of Montuiri in only 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
