The bedroom has air conditioning, for which there is a weekly charge.The terrace is modern and comfortably furnished, the two relaxing armchairs invite you to watch the sunset over the sea with a cocktail in your hand. At the large communal pool, we have purchased two private sun loungers with parasols especially for our guests, which are labelled with the flat number M15. The padel tennis court can be used at any time and free of charge. An underground parking space is available to our guests free of charge, lift available and wheelchair accessible.There is a bakery right on the avenue for your fresh bread rolls in the morning and there are other supermarkets for your daily needs and nice cafes, bars and restaurants of various nationalities within a short walking distance. The nearest golf course is Los Palos, only 2 km away, Golf del Sur can be reached in about 10 minutes by car or the luxury golf course Costa Adeje is 20 minutes away, from the south airport it is about 20 minutes by car to Palm Mar.
