The flats are nicely furnished and have everything you need for a relaxing holiday - from crockery and cooking utensils to games for children. Everyone will find a place to relax in the well-tended garden with pool and sunbathing lawn. The two flats have separate entrances, the garden and pool are shared.Important to knowThe pool is used by both flats. If you are looking for a lot of privacy by the water, you should take this into account. There is a lovely fireplace in the living room, although it cannot be used at the moment as the chimney needs to be renovated.Nevertheless, the well-functioning heating system ensures cosy evenings - it warms quickly and creates a pleasant, soothing atmosphere.Room layoutThe lower flat offers space for four people. It has a large living area with fireplace and terrace as well as two bedrooms. From the terrace you can enjoy a direct view of the greenery and the surrounding countryside.Location and connectionsCasa Rustica is only around ten minutes by car from Ascona. The nearest bus stop is around 300 metres away. Bars, restaurants and the lake promenade are just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to enjoy a holiday without a car.
