A public beach overlooking the gulf of Ponte-Tresa is 600 metres away. At 800 m you will find the Monte Sassalto ( Monte di Caslano ) nature park ( a tour of the mountain that runs along the lake or you can climb to the summit at 500 m altitude ( 250 m difference in altitude ). 850 m separate you from the Lugano Golf Club car park, which is also accessible by a walk along a mainly pedestrian street. One kilometre away you will find the Caslano lakeside with its small restaurants and ice-cream parlours, the lido and the promenade that takes you towards Agno, mostly along the lake. At 2.25 km you will find the mouth of the Magliasina river for swimming and picnics.
